Every entry has a permanent, zero-based position in the log.

A precise promise

What’s on record?

A file digest, a signature, and its certificate or public key. File contents and filenames are not needed for this lookup.

Inclusion is checkable.

A verified inclusion proof shows that this entry belongs to Daymark’s signed log checkpoint. It does not establish that every claim about a file is true.

Signing time needs its own proof.

Rekor v2 does not supply a trusted signing timestamp. Use the original file and its timestamped signature bundle in Sunlit Signer to verify identity and historical signing time.
